Ridah Medical Technologies is a trusted source for our vendor partners to scale their business through access to our partnered hospitals. Ridah accommodates the standards and regulations for products held by our partnered hospitals, ensuring the products introduced are cost-effective and efficient.

What do we offer?

Ridah will maintain a marketplace of high-medical grade, functioning products to clinical sites. Ridah introduces qualifying products of our partnered vendors to fulfill the needs of our partnered hospitals.

Ridah will assist in basic troubleshooting or answering the concerns of users on behalf of the product company. Ridah will be a ready resource for our partnered hospitals to have when questions need to be answer. Concerns that cannot be resolved on Ridah’s end will be streamlined to our partnered vendors for assistance. Ridah will stay updated along the way to ensure concerns were addressed.

Ridah will communicate with partnered hospitals to maintain and share an up-to-date schedule of maintenance checks on products in use to limit incidents of faulty equipment and patient harm.

How are you involved?

Vendors will rely on Ridah for acquiring sales. Vendors will need to meet the standards and regulations set by hospitals, as well as the FDA.

What do you offer?

Vendor will provide up-to-date detailed reports of product testing, costs, maintenance requirements, resulted injuries or harms, and if product is meeting their intended use.

Vendor will resolve any issues with faulty equipment that need to be serviced or did not pass the due maintenance check.

Vendor will maintain communication with Ridah and their partnered clinical sites to manage equipment shipping and payments.
